At Vivio Counseling, all services are charged directly to the client, often referred to as "private pay." All costs and fees are due at the time of service, and new services cannot be scheduled on past-due accounts. Vivio Counseling is "out of network" for all insurance providers, including Tenncare, and does not accept insurance benefits.
However, clients are encouraged to work with their insurance provider to seek out-of-network reimbursement for provided services. Clients can easily request a "SuperBill" from Vivio Counseling to use in the process. All insurances are different and each has its own process for filling out-of-network claims. The most direct way for you to find your plan's policies and procedures is to complete an internet search including the name of your insurance company, the name of your specific plan, and the phrase, "out of network coverage."
Please note that Vivio Counseling cannot guarantee that out-of-network reimbursement is available for services rendered to any client. Clients concerned about out-of-network coverage are encouraged to contact their insurance company before scheduling their first session with Vivio Counseling.
